What happens to the photos I choose?
Only upload photographs you have permission to use. Be particularly careful with children’s photographs and private family moments. Read the privacy policy before uploading; we do not make additional retention or privacy promises here.
What if I need help?
Use the support link below if you are unsure before placing an order. For an existing order, keep your order confirmation ready. Do not send payment details or sensitive photographs in an initial support message.

How many photos do I need?
Choose 15 photos for 30 cards, 24 photos for 48 cards, or 32 photos for 64 cards. Each photo appears twice, making a matching pair.
Can I try it before ordering printed cards?
Yes. You can create a deck and play online for free. A printed deck is a separate purchase.
When will my gift arrive?
The current service estimates are 2–4 days for the Netherlands, 3–6 for the European market and 5–8 for other supported destinations. These are estimates, not guarantees. Check your destination and the estimate shown before paying.
Is payment secure?
Payment is completed through Stripe checkout. You can review the final price and shipping charge before paying.
